Nothing is more important to us than creating high-quality and healthy floral arrangements. We know that sending flowers is a special gesture, and we keep that in mind with every order. Because flowers are a perishable natural product, many variables determine the vase-life of an arrangement. We hope that you love what we create, and share our vision of what makes something beautiful. If you are not satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please do reach out. Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
Delivery Policy
We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Your order will arrive between 12-5pm. Occasionally orders will arrive later than 5pm, due to traffic incidents, severe weather, or especially during busy holiday periods. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.
If no one is home, we will leave the arrangement at the front door and text the recipient to alert them to the delivery. If the front door is in a high traffic area where the arrangement will not be safe, or if the delivery address is a business which is not open at time of delivery, we will bring the arrangement back to the shop and try again on the next business day. If you require a timed delivery, please call the shop to make special arrangements for premium delivery service.
It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home from work early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.
Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
Returns/Refunds
As the purchaser of items, the purchaser agrees tha all sales are final. As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery by calling 206-763-5573 or emailing info@analogfloral.com. If you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.
- We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping.
- As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
- Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only. Style preferences are not grounds for a return.
- It is the recipient’s responsibility to add water to the arrangement for longer vase-life.
- If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like. Style preferences are not grounds for returns.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your floral arrangement in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. Note: We are temporarily unable to deliver to Harborview Medical Center due to their current policies around delivery.
Data Privacy
By ordering from our website, customer data such as name, address, email, phone number, and credit card will be securely saved within the order itself for processing purposes. If an account is created when checking out, the system will save this information to expedite future purchases. Checking out as a guest will cause the system to not retain this data outside of what is necessary for processing the specified order.
PCI Compliance
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information as additional protection against the decoding of that information by anyone other than us. However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes, such as password protection, encryption technology, and use of firewall technology, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.
